4 eggs
2 cups packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon milk
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup spiced gum drops, diced
Icing:
1 tablespoon butter
1 orange- zest and juice
1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven 350º
Spray the bottom of a 10x15 jelly roll pan with cooking spray
Beat the first 3 ingredients in a small bowl and set aside
Sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt
Add the gum drops and dredge in the flour mixture to separate
Add the liquid to the flour/gum drop mixture and stir just until moistened
Spread in the jelly roll pan and bake for 20 minutes
Remove from oven and cut into squares, pouring icing over the squares while still hot and in the pan
Icing:
Melt butter and add to the juice to combine with the powdered sugar
Pour over warm cookie squares
