Taco Pizza Recipe

1 1/2 c. Bisquick©
1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
1/2 c. cold water
1 lb. ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
3/4 c. water
16 oz. refried beans
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded lettuce
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped

Heat oven to 425º. Grease 12" pizza pan. Mix baking mix, cornmeal and 1/2 c. water until soft dough forms; beat vigorously for 20 strokes. Pat dough in pan with floured hands, forming 1/2" rim. Bake 10 min.

Cook and stir ground beef until brown; drain. Stir in seasoning mix and 3/4 c. water. Heat to boiling,, stirring frequently; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered,, stirring frequently until thickened; 5 -10 min.

Spread beans over baked crust; top with beef mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 min. longer. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and onion.
