1 lb. beef stew meat
4 slices of bacon
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 T. Hungarian sweet paprika
2 c. beef broth
Salt and pepper
1 can of tomatoes
2 green peppers, cut into strips
1/2 c. raw rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon till crisp and drain. Add meat to pan and brown. Remove meat. Add onion to pan, saute till tender. Remove pan from heat and stir in paprika. Add beef broth, salt, pepper, tomatoes and meat; stir well. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, simmer 45 - 60 min. Add rice, peppers and bacon, stir, simmer another 30 - 40 min.
