4 - 6 pork chops
Salt and pepper
2 T. butter
1/2 c. orange juice
1/3 c. tomato juice
2 1/2 T. orange marmalade
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind

Directions:
Directions:
Rub pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown in butter, then put them into the crock pot. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into the pan the chops were browned in. Scrape the bottom of the pan and cook over a low heat for 2 min. Pour over the pork chops and cook on low for 8 hrs.

It helps to double the sauce and thicken it with cornstarch when the chops are done.
