1 chicken, cut up
3 T. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 T. vegetable oil
12 oz. can of thawed lemonade concentrate
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 T. ketchup
2 tsp. vinegar
2 T. water
2 T. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and salt; dredge chicken. Heat oil in a large skillet; add chicken and cook over a medium heat until lightly browned, turning once. Combine lemonade, 1/2 c. water, brown sugar, ketchup and vinegar; pour over chicken in skillet. Cover and cook over a low heat for 30 min. or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken. Combine cornstarch and 2 T. water, stir well, gradually add to lemonade mixture, stirring until smooth. Cook over low heat until thickened. Add chicken to sauce and serve.
