2 cans vegetable or chicken broth
2 cans Italian style stewed tomatoes
1 can EACH of white and red beans
1 large carrot cut in strips or diced
1/2 large onion - left in rings
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 c uncooked pasta (macaroni or small shells)
optional chili or cayenne pepper for spicier taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook all ingredients except pasta, until carrots and onion are don and flavors mix. Add pasta and cook 10-15 minutes before serving.
