1 pound hamburger meat
3 cans pinto beans (drained)
3 cans Rotel tomatoes
2 cans evaporated milk
Large block of Velveeta (cubed)
Bag of Fritos

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger meat and drain
In a large pot mix Velveeta, hamburger meat, pinto beans, rotel & evaporated milk
Turn heat on medium low
Stir occasionally so the cheese doesn't scorch
Once cheese has melted serve the creamy tacos over fritos in a bowl
