1 cup Confectioners Sugar
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Butter
1 cup Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs, beaten
2 tsp Vanilla
5 cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cream of Tarter
1/4 tsp Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream sugars and butter, add remaining ingredients and mix well. Roll dough into small balls, place on pan and press down with a glass dipped in sugar.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
