2 16 ounce cans sliced beets, drained
1 small onion, diced
4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup Progresso Italian style bread crumbs
1/4 cup Romano cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350
Saute' onion and garlic in olive oil
Add drained beets and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly
Mix in bread crumbs and cheese and place in greased 2 quart baking dish
Bake 15 to 20 minutes
