8 potatoes, peeled and sliced
16 ounces American or Velvetta cheese, diced
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 pound bacon
1/2 cup stuffed olives, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 325
Boil potatoes and drain
Add 8 ounces cheese and mayonnaise along with salt and pepper and place in a 9x13 baking dish
Bake covered for 30 minutes
While the potatoes are baking, fry the bacon
Crumble and drain to remove excess oil
After 30 minutes, remove potatoes from oven and sprinkle the bacon, olives and remaining cheese over the casserole
Return to oven and bake additional 30 minutes
