2 cups Bread flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
3 tbs Sugar
tsp salt
1 cup Milk
2 Eggs
4 tbsp melted butter

Cinnamon Variation
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Combine wet ingredients, add to flour mixture and beat at high speed, just long enough to thoroughly dampen.
Bake in greased muffin tins for 20 minutes

Cinnamon variation
Sprinkle tops with cinnamon sugar
