1 bag frozen chicken breasts or thighs
1 pound colby-jack cheese
1 jar mild salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the entire bag of chicken in the crock pot. Add enough water to cover the base. Add garlic, onion salt and pepper to taste. When finished, remove from pot and discard the veggies and juice. Shred the chicken with a fork. Return to crock pot, add cheese and salsa. Mix well. Simmer until ready to serve.

I made this up one night and the boys loved it. Suggested side dished include rice and corn. Mix those in and you have the potential for Spanish rice.
