1 envelope unflavored gelatin
¾ cup brown sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ginger
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
4 eggs, seperated
½ cup egg nog
¼ cup orange juice
1 can pumpkin
¼ tsp cream of tarter
¼ cup sugar
1 envelope dream whip (whipped)
1 9 inch pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl combine gelatin, sugar, salt, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Beat together egg yolks, egg nog and orange juice until blended. Stir yolk mixture unto gelatin mixture. Microwave 3 to 5 minutes, stirring twice, until mixture thickens slightly. Thoroughly blend in pumpkin; chill 30 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a large bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar at high speed until foamy. Add granulated sugar, a tbls at a time, beating constantly until sugar is dissolved and egg whites stand in soft peaks. Fold chilled pumpkin mixture into egg whites. Fold in Dream whip.
Mound mixture into pie shell. Chill until firm, several hours or overnight.
Garnish with whipped cream.
