1 lb fresh fettucini pasta
½ cup butter
1 cup heavy cream warm
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
cracked black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta for 2–3 minutes until al dente in boiling water.
Drain pasta, do not rinse. Return to pot.
Cut up butter into tablespoons, add to hot pasta.
Stir until melted.
Add warm cream and parmesan cheese, stir until well combined.
Top with cracked pepper and grated parmesan cheese.
Serve immediately.
