Cup Canola Oil
Cup Brown Sugar
Cup Peanut Butter (Chunky)
1 Egg
2 Tbls. Milk
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly butter or spray a cookie sheet lined in foil with non stick spray.
Beat together oil, sugar and peanut butter
Add egg and milk and combine thoroughly.
Beat in flour and baking soda.
Drop by the tablespoonful and press down with 3 fingers dipped lightly in water.
Bake for 10 minutes.
