1 can Libby's Corned Beef
2 cans petite diced Tomatoes
1 sm head Cabbage
4 c Cooked Rice

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet add can tomatoes, then corned beef. Bring to a boil, then let simmer. Meanwhile, slice and cut cabbage into bite size pcs. Add cabbage to the corned beef and tomatoes. Cook on low until the cabbage is done to your tenderness. Serve over Rice. One quick dinner, add rolls or we prefer cornbread.
