2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup cocoa
4 tsp baking powder
tsp baking soda
1 cup sour cream
6 tbsp butter
4 large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
3/4 cup minature semisweet chocolate chips

In a mixing bowl, sift dry ingredients
In a separate bowl beat eggs until light yellow; add butter and sour cream. Gently mix with dry ingredients. DO NOT over stir.
Bake until brown and crisp about 1 to 2 minutes.
