1 cup butter
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 egg yolk
1 packet of yeast
1/4 cup of warm milk
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 cups flour
Jam or Solo filling

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in milk and 1/2 tsp. sugar; set aside. Beat butter, cream cheese, egg yolk, and sugar. Add yeast mixture. Mix flour, salt and baking powder. Add enough flour so dough is slightly sticky. Chill 2 hours. Roll out on floured surface, cut, fill with filling and bake at 350º for about 15-20 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
