1 1/2 oz. vodka or gin
1 1/2 oz. olive brine
1/4 oz. vermouth
dash of bitters

Directions:
Pour vermouth in martini glass, swirl to coat glass, then dump out. Combine vodka or gin, olive brine, and bitters in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Pour into vermouth coated glass. Garnish with olives.
