2 large baking potatoes
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
Pepper
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. thyme
Cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Slice potatoes length-wise (as you would a jo-jo) in 1/8's. Coat with cooking spray and place in large plastic bag with remaining ingredients (except butter). Shake until well coated and place in baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
