12 ounces ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 tsp garlic
1 jar Marinara sauce of choice
6 cooked, dried lasagna noodles
1 egg, beaten
2 cups cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375
Brown hamburger with garlic and onions. Add marinara sauce of choice and bring to low boil.
Combine egg, cottage cheese, and Parmesan cheese until blended.
Spread 1/2 cup meat sauce mixture over bottom of 9x13 inch baking pan. Layer 3 noodles over mixture, spread with 1/2 of filling, top with 1/2 of meat sauce and 1/2 of mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.
