Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 large cans pineapple juice
1 15 oz. can of cream of coconut
fifth of light rum

Directions:
Directions:
In blender, mix the cream of coconut with some of the pineapple juice to blend. Mix the rest of the ingredients together with a wire whisk. Freeze. This only freezes to a consistency of a slush because of the alcohol in it.

To serve, scrape out some of the slush into a glass and add enough 7-up or sprite to make a slushy drink. Stir and enjoy.
