c. Crisco
1 egg
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. sifter flour
tsp soda
tsp salt
c. chopped pecans
1 c. quick oatmeal
1 c. coconut


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Blend Crisco and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla until fluffy. Sift flour, soda, and salt together. Add to mixture. Add the pecans, oatmeal, and coconut to the mixture. Drop balls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes.
