1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. melted butter
1 c. milk
1 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs,salt and butter into the milk.Then add the flour mixing it with a spoonwithout being concerned about lumpiness.(overbeating is the enemy of a popover) Fill butter custard cups about 2/3 full and pllave them on a cookie sheet so the wont turn over in a cold oven.Set oven at 425 degrees and leave them for 40 minutes.Make a small slit in each popover after they are baked to allow steam to escape.
