2 pounds chopped sirloin
2 cups fresh button mushrooms
garlic
onion
salt & pepper
1 container sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 tablespoons butter
white rice or noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms, garlic and onion in butter. Add beef that has been cut into bite size pieces. Season to taste. Add cooking wine if you need more fluids. Simmer until meat has cooked through. 20 minutes before you serve, add the can of soup and stir in. Continue to simmer. 5 minutes before you are ready to serve, stir in the sour cream. Serve over a bed of rice or noodles.
