Collard greens
2 tbsp. olive oil
2-3 garlic cloves, mined
1 sweet apple, cup into pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Wash collards well and cut out the heavy center stem. Put olive oil in a large pot and add the apple, garlic, salt, and collards. Add water and cover. Stir occasionally for until done (approximately 30-45 minutes.)
