1 bag fresh green spinach
1 bottle poppy seed salad dressing
1 can mandarin oranges
2-3 cup of any combination of the following, all must be fresh: raspberries, strawberries, black berries, blue berries, marion berries...
1-2 cooked chicken breast - cubed
1 cup slivered almonds
Additional fresh fruit such as plums, peaches, apricots, nectarines...

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and drain the spinach and the mandarin oranges. Place in bowl, add which ever combination of berries and fresh fruit you have available. Toss together. Add poppy seed dressing and almonds prior to serving.

My personal favorite combination is raspberries, blackberries, plums and nectarines with mandarin oranges.
