6 ears corn, cut into quarters
1 lb. Italian sausage (cut into large bite-sized pieces)
1 lb. cleaned shrimp
1 lb. crawfish, creole cooked (you may also substitute 4-6 blue or snow crab)
2 onions, halved
6-8 cloves of garlic
3 lemons, quartered
1 c. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Fill a large, deep pot with water. Bring to a boil and add onion, garlic, corn, and sausage. Cook 20-30 minutes. Sprinkled shrimp with 2 seafood seasoning of your choice. When the corn is tender, add the seafood and vinegar to the pot. Cook until the crab is done and the shrimp is pink. May be served in a bowl or over rice.
