1 cup flour 1/2 cup cornstarch 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 cup finely chopped almonds 3/4 cup butter
Preheat oven to 300º. Combine flour, cornstarch and powdered sugar. Stir in nuts. Add butter; blend with a spoon until a soft dough forms. Shape into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork. Bake 15-20 minutes or until edges are light brown.
