1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup diced rhubarb

Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar and shortening. Add egg and sour cream. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in rhubarb. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes.
