1 lb. butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
6 eggs
3 cups cake flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and slowly add sugar. Add 1 egg at a time. Add cake flour slowly. Beat until well mixed. Pour into well greased and floured mold, and bake at 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes and then remove from mold and cool on rack.

You can make all sorts of animals such as rabbits and ducks depending on the molds you have!!
