1/2 pkg. Jumbo Shells (about 18 shells)
1lb bulk lean ground beef
2/3 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 (26oz) jar pasta sauce
1 (15oz) container ricotta cheese
2 c. mozzarella. cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook shells, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Brown meat, onion and garlic, pour off fat, and stir in pasta sauce.
3. In a large bowl mix ricotta, 1 c. mozzarella, Parmesan. cheese, and egg.
4. Stuff shells with ricotta mixture.
5. In 4 1/2 qt. roaster pour half of the sauce on bottom, arrange shells, and pour rest over the shells.
6. Cover and bake 30 min.- Uncover and put rest of mozzarella. cheese over and bake until melted.
