2 chicken breasts
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. dry paprika
1 onion, sliced
1 can mushrooms
╝ c. sherry wine

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry the chicken breasts. Rub the chicken with minced garlic and paprika to taste. SautÚ the breasts in large skillet with olive oil until browned on all sides. Add the onion and mushrooms to the pan. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for about a half hour. Add the sherry wine, and re-cover. Continue to simmer for another half hour or until chicken is cooked through and tender.
