1 graham cracker pie crust
1 egg yolk; slightly beaten
1 30 oz. can cherry pie filling
1 T. cornstarch
1 T. water
2 T. sugar
2 T. brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup oats
3 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Brush bottom and sides of crust with egg yolk. Bake 5 minutes. Place cherry pie filling in bowl. Combine cornstarch and water to make a smooth paste. Mix into pie filling and pour into crust. Combine sugar, brown sugar, flour and oats. Mix in melted butter. Spoon oat mixture over pie filling. Bake for 35 minutes. Cool at least 4 hours.
