2 fish filet
c. chopped pepper
c. chopped onion
c. chopped celery
stick margarine
1 lb. raw shrimp (chopped with a few whole for topping)
1 can bread crumbs
4 oz. can minced clams, strained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 claw for fresh crabmeat

Directions:
Directions:
Create in incision in the fish filet. After mixing all ingredients, stuff the fish. Add salt, pepper, and a pinch of oregano. Place the fish in a greased pan and top with sliced onion, green pepper, and tomatoes. Drizzle the fish with olive oil and sprinkle with lemon juice. Cover with foil and bake at 400 for one hour or until done. Before removing it from the oven, garnish fish with whole shrimp.
