1 lb mostaccioli noodles
1 tsp oil
1/4 cup oil
1 medium onion
1 medium cucumber
1 green pepper
2 stalks celery
1 1/2 cup white vinegar
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper

Cook noodles and 1 tsp oil, then drain and rinse with cool water. Slice onion, peeled cucumber, pepper and celery. Add them to noodles along with seasonings. Bring to boil 1 1/2 cup vinegar, 1 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup oil. Cool, then pour over noodles and stir. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before servings. Keeps well.
