3-4 lb spare ribs
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 c. Ketchup
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
2 dashes hot sauce
2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ribs into serving-sized pieces. Place in a single layer, meat side up, in shallow baking dish. Place 1 slice lemon on each piece. Bake at 450 for 30 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil and slowly pour over ribs. Reduce heat to 350 and bake 45 minutes or until tender, basting ribs with sauce every 15 minutes. You may add water if sauce becomes too thick.
