2 cups milk
1/2 cup melted butter or oil
4 eggs; well beaten
1 cup flour
2T. flour
1/4 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add milk and butter. Mix flour, salt, and sugar in a large bowl. Make a well in the middle and add milk gradually. Mix well and beat until smooth. Drop a tablespoon or two on hot griddle. These pancakes are very skinny and cook quickly.
