5 cups low-fat ranch salad dressing
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1 10-oz package fat-free barbecue potato chips
4 halved boneless skinless chicken breast

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a shallow bowl, combine dressing, garlic powder, and red pepper; mix well. In another shallow bowl, add crushed potato chips.

Dip chicken breast halves into dressing mixture and then into potato chips, coating well. Place on a rimmed baking sheet that's been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
