1 head of broccoli (chopped into bite sized pieces)
1 c. white raisins
1 c. sunflower seed kernels (salted or unsalted)
c. chopped Spanish onion
1 c. chopped bacon (or bacon bits) OPTIONAL

Dressing:
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salad ingredients in large bowl. Mix mayonnaise and vinegar together. Refrigerate for 4 hours (or overnight if possible). Toss the salad into the dressing and serve cold.
