8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
2 cloves mashed garlic
2 tsp. finely chopped black olives
5 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Form cheese, garlic and olives into balls. Roll in pecans and serve at room temperature on crackers.
