1lb. mild sausage
3 c. Bisquick
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. warm water (or enough to make mixture moist)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl, and roll into 1” balls
Bake for 10-20 minutes or until brown. Serve as hors-d’oeuvres or for breakfast.
These can also be lightly browned and frozen until ready to use. Reheat at 350º for about 10 minutes.

Makes 4-5 dozen sausage balls
