5 T Flour
1/4 tsp Onion Salt
2 1/2 C Milk
1 1/2 C Chicken Broth, canned
1 C Asparagus Spears or Broccoli Florets
2 T Slivered Almonds
1 tsp Salt
1/4 C Butter, melted
1 1/3 C Minute Rice, uncooked
1 C Grated American Cheese
6 slices Turkey

Directions:
Directions:
Make a white sauce of the flour, salts, butter and milk. Grease a 2 qt casserole dish. Put uncooked rice in the bottom of the dish. Pour broth over the rice. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese over the broth. Spread the vegetables over the cheese. Place turkey on the vegetables. Take white sauce and pour over everything. Place remaining cheese on top. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the almonds over the top and bake for another 10 to 20 minutes.
