1 pkg. milk chocolate chips
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
3 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Melt chocolate in medium sauce pan over medium low heat stirring constantly until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in condensed milk, butter and vanilla. Stir until butter is melted with the chocolate. Stir in nuts. Spread mixture into lightly greased 8x8 inch square pan. Cool at room temp. Cut into even squares.
