2 Rib Eye Steaks or steaks of choice
Italian Seasoning
Granulated Garlic
Cinnamon Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse steaks with cold water and pat dry with paper toweling. Generously season both sides of each steak with Italian seasoning and granulated garlic. Generously sprinkle cinnamon powder on both sides of steaks. Wrap in plastic wrap steaks and refrigerate for 1 - 4 hours. Note: this can be done as soon as you bring the steaks home from store, then freeze until the day you want to cook. Broil to desired doneness and serve with your favorite side dishes. Note: Cinnamon will cause the steaks to darken quickly making them appear more cooked than they really are, so you’ll have to experiment. The timing will depend on the thickness of the steak.
