15 oz crushed Pineapple
2 1/2 T Cornstarch
2 T Sugar
1/4 tsp Pineapple Flavoring
1 can Apricot Pie Filling
1 C Sour Cream
1 Angel food cake, broken in large pieces
3 oz Instant or Regular Vanilla Pudding
1 C Whipped Topping (Dream Whip)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the crushed pineapple, cornstarch, sugar and apricot pie filling. Mix lightly with broken angel food cake pieces and put in 9x13 glass dish. Mix vanilla pudding mix as directed on package, LESS 1/2 cup milk. Add sour cream and whipped topping. Spread this mixture over cake filling. Let set overnight. Cut into squares to serve.
