2 c canned pumpkin
3 c sugar
1 c vegetable oil
2/3 c water
4 eggs
3-1/2 c flour
2 T baking soda
1-1/2 T salt
1 T cinnamon
1 T nutmeg
1/2 T ginger powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease and flour two 9x5 or 8x4 loaf pans. Blend first 5 ingredients (pumpkin, sugar, oil, water, eggs) and beat for one minute,
Add remaining ingredients (flour, baking soda [be sure to sprinkle, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger) and blend on low speed until moistened. Then beat for one minute on medium speed.
Pour into pans.
Bake 60-70 minutes.
