2 Zucchini Per Person
1 onion, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Salt & Pepper to taste
Parmesan Cheese to taste
Bread crumbs to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Steam zucchini and onion in microwave until tender. Pour into colander and drain, drain, drain !!! Once the liquid has been removed, add cream cheese,salt & pepper, mixing well. Pour into greased baking dish and top with Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
