1/2 Cup Shortening
1/2Cup Butter
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Peanut Butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 Cups Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 Cup oats
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl cream together , Shortening , butter ( margarine) , brown sugar , white sugar , and peanut butter until smooth .Beat in the eggs until well blended .
Combine flour , baking soda and salt , stir into creamed mixture . Mix in oats until combined . Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheets .
Bake for 10 to 15 min . in a preheated 350º oven .
