2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
1 egg
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/3 c. orange juice
Streusel
2 T. butter or margarine
2 T. sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. orange zest (optional)

Preheat oven to 400º F. Grease and flour loaf pan. For bread combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside. In separate bowl, mash bananas, add egg, butter and juice: mix well. Add banana mixture to dry ingredients; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Pout into prepared pan. For streusel combine butter, sugar, flour and orange zest in small bowl; mix with a pastry blender or cut with knife until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle streusel over batter. Bake 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
